Nabil Stock Dealer Company Limited, having its registered office located at Durbarmarg- 01, Kathmandu, was registered with Office of the Company Registrar on Shrawan 4, 2078 (July 19, 2021) as a wholly owned subsidiary of Nabil Bank Ltd. The Company has been registered in Office of Company Registrar with registration number 264870/078/079 and Inland Revenue Office with PAN number 610025314. The Company has been established with the objective of carrying business of dealing in securities viz Security Dealer and Brokerage related activities. On the 24th of Jestha, 2080, the Company obtained membership from SEBON. Likewise, on the 19th of Shrawan, 2080, the Company acquired an operating license for Securities Brokerage and Securities Dealer from Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE). Nabil Stock Dealer is also a member of CDS and Clearing Limited.

Mr. Niraj Giri
Mr. Niraj Giri is a distinguished individual with a rich background in finance and regulation. Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), he possesses a strong foundation in the world of finance and management. Mr. Giri is retired Executive Director, Regulation and Management Department of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). His tenure at SEBON, the regulatory authority for securities market oversight in Nepal, reflects his expertise and significant contributions to the Capital Market. He has been contributing as a Chairman for Nabil Stock Dealer since Kartik 2080.
Mr. Bharat Adhikari
Mr. Adhikari holds a MBA degree from TU and has over 30 years of experience including 29 years of experience in different sectors of government services. Moreover, he has been a director of Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, Director of Nabil Investment Banking and has also contributed as a part time faculty member LBEF college Maitidevi Kathmandu. He has been contributing as a Director for Nabil Stock Dealer since Kartik 2080.
Mr. Kabindra Dahal
Mr. Dahal holds a Chartered Accountancy Degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds diverse experience more than 25 years in the audit, finance and banking sector. Currently he has been practicing as an Independent Auditor in K. Dahal & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He has been contributing as a Director for Nabil Stock Dealer since Ashoj 2079.
Mr. Madhav Prasad Neupane
Mr. Madhav Prasad Neupane is a distinguished professional in the field of finance and management, equipped with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience. With a Bachelor of Law (BL) and a Master of Commerce (MCom) degree, he has honed his expertise in legal and financial matters along with Faculty Development Program (FDP) in Management. He is also serving in Management Committee at the Tribhuvan University (TU) and as a Professional Director at Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd. (2012 A.D -2018 A.D). His extensive experience in the financial sector has allowed him to contribute significantly to the industry's growth and development. He has been contributing as a Director for Nabil Stock Dealer since Bhadra 2080.
Mr. Suresh Devkota
Mr. Devkota is a fellow chartered accountant having more than 19 years of experience in financial sector. He is a CA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). He also holds Masters’ degree in Management. Before taking role as chief executive at NSDL, he was Chief Investment Officer at Nabil Bank Ltd. He had served more than 15 years in Nepal Bangladesh Bank Ltd. in different strategic roles like; chief risk officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer etc. and 2 years in Nepal Bank Ltd. as a manager. He is a fellow member of the ICAN and also three times elected council member of the ICAN, a regulating body of accounting and auditing profession in Nepal. He was a board member in Nepal Accounting Standard Board, IGI Prudential Insurance, Nepal Grameen Bikash Laghubitta etc. He has very wide range of expertise in banking, insurance, capital market, finance, risk management, HR management etc.Management Team
