Mr. Adarsha Bazgain

Chairman
Mr. Bazgain brings over 21 years of extensive banking expertise to his leadership role. He holds an MBA degree from Kathmandu University and currently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, overseeing Entire non lending business of the bank.

Mr. Bharat Adhikari

Director
Mr. Adhikari holds a MBA degree from TU and has over 30 years of experience including 29 years of experience in different sectors of government services. Moreover, he has been a director of Nepal Stock Exchange Limited, Director of Nabil Investment Banking and has also contributed as a part time faculty member LBEF college Maitidevi Kathmandu. He has been contributing as a Director for Nabil Stock Dealer since Kartik 2080.

Mr. Sandip Babu Paudel

Director
Mr. Paudel is a Chartered Accountant bringing over 13 years of progressive experience, including a decade in senior banking management across leading Nepalese financial institutions. He is an Associate Member of ICAN and ICAI. He currently serves as Chief Finance & Strategy at Nabil Bank Limited.

Mr. Niraj Giri

Mr. Niraj Giri is a distinguished individual with a rich background in finance and regulation. Holding a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), he possesses a strong foundation in the world of finance and management. Mr. Giri is retired Executive Director, Regulation and Management Department of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). His tenure at SEBON, the regulatory authority for securities market oversight in Nepal, reflects his expertise and significant contributions to the Capital Market. He has been contributing as a Director for Nabil Stock Dealer since Bhadra 2081.

Mr. Madan Kumar Mahat

Director
Mr. Mahat is a Senior Advocate with extensive legal expertise and over 13 years of professional experience in banking and legal practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from Kathmandu School of Law (2013) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (1996). Advocate Mahat is affiliated with the District Court Bar Association (Bhaktapur), the High Court Bar Association (Patan), and the Supreme Court Bar Association of Nepal. Known for his integrity and in-depth legal knowledge, Mr. Mahat actively practices law, specializing in banking, civil, and administrative matters.
